Practicing Inclusivity: A Workbook for Transformation
In our society, in our homes, in our communities and in our churches we find it difficult to address our differences, differences that contribute to miscommunication, stress, discrimination, and conflict. We practice exclusivity while preaching and teaching oneness.

To address this with intention and clarity, our fall home study is based on the work of Shariff Abdullah and his workbook Practicing Inclusivity. Inclusivity starts with the idea we are all connected, that we are inextricably linked to each other. Inclusivity is can be summed up in the statement "We are One." But, inclusivity is more then an idea and a feeling. It is a perspective, a way of being and a way of participating in the world. It is something that does not come natural. It is something must be practiced. It is not something that will be mastered perfectly. But it is something we can grow into and improve and in doing so shift the consciousness of our lives, families, communities, and the world.
