Grief Class...Understanding The Process

Grief and loss is a natural reaction to change and transitions. The most common is grief over the death of a loved one but this is only one of the sources of our grief and loss. Discover some of the sources of grief and strategies for effectively handling grief without denying its effects or emotions. 

The next Grief class will begin April 30th (Tuesday) at 6 pm in the Activity Center Foyer ( enter from Brooks St.) Pre-registration is encouraged and appreciated. This is a 7-week class in which participants will gain a greater understanding of the grief process. Grief touches all of us as we experience life’s changes. An understanding of the process and recognizing our internal/spiritual gifts to help in dealing with grief is the goal of the class. (Please register- much have a minimum of 4 participants.)
