Gratitude-We Are One

Change is in the air. The world continues to spin, and consciousness continues to rise. The election is over, yet we await the results, standing in divine order no matter the outcome. This year we celebrate 100 years of women voting.  COVID-19 virus cases continue to rise worldwide, and the number of deaths seems to be lower. There is no comfort for those whose loved ones have made or are making their transitions from this earthly plane. We hold the vision for a vaccine or better a miracle cure. Social justice and the growing houseless population are in our thoughts as we work together to find the right and perfect solutions and equality for all people.

As a community, we are still unable to meet in the church for worship, classes, or groups. Many are lonely and grieving. I am thankful for the technology to live stream, Zoom, and create interactive activities for us and others to use to continue growing our spirituality. We gather at our sister community, Unity of East Louisville, with our chairs, masks, and physical presence. Our youth and families gathered together to play, socialize, and trick or treat with a firepit and smores. Thank you to all who brighten our youth and families' lives for a moment.

Yes, it is a lot, and it is ours to move through moment by moment, day by day holding the vision of wholeness, divine order, wisdom, and love shifting us all into the next realm of higher consciousness.  As we move into the holidays, know we have many things for which we are grateful, and we will celebrate the birth of our Christ Consciousness with candlelight glowing all over the city. We will continue to let our lights shine and let go and let God the good guide us every step of the way.

We invite you to participate in our Gratitude Challenge starting on November 18th. Join in the fun and share your gratitude with us. We are One Community, One Power, and One Presence in the city and in the world.
Remember to send us your picture to put in the sanctuary to hold the vision together. Sending healing energy and love!
